OffBase 1 is where it started. Built in 2020 and designed from the ground up, it is the first house and the largest of that original plan: five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and the bells and whistles we wanted after our own long months in Altus.

It sits closest to the front of the neighborhood, under two minutes from the front gate, and features a game room with a pool table and arcade, 4K TVs in every bedroom, Dolby Atmos sound throughout the house, and cornhole out back. A professional clean every week, too. You come back to the house, not a hotel room.
